The "Actually Use It" Guarantee

Every product on JRen Digital comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Try your template for 14 days. If you set it up, use it for at least a week, and genuinely feel it is not right for you, email us and we will refund you in full.

All we ask is that you show us you gave it a real go. Send a quick screenshot of your setup and tell us what did not work. No hard feelings, no hoops.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support (at) jrendigital.com within 14 days of your purchase and include:

  • Your order number
  • A short screenshot showing you have set the template up and used it
  • A sentence or two telling us what did not work for you so we can keep improving

We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Why We Ask You to Try It First

Our templates are designed to actually be used, not just downloaded and forgotten. Spending a week inside a budget, debt payoff plan, or planner is the only real way to know if it fits the way you think.

Exchanges and Support

If something is not working the way you expected, a refund is not always the answer. We are often able to help with:
