Custom and personalized orders

Depending on how complex the customization is, feel free to send me a message but normally I can accommodate the following:

After purchase - I can't access my Google Sheets template, how do I get my spreadsheet?

Does it open in 'View Only' mode?
If so, go to 'File' → 'Make a copy' at the top tool bar. Then save to your computer/drive. You can start using the template.

If it doesn't work please read 'Instruction' tab (first sheet), there is a section called 'Troubleshooting' there (in red text).

Can I use it in Excel/ Do you have an Excel version?

Currently the majority of my spreadsheets are not compatible with Excel and can only be used in Google Sheets. You just need to have a google account and it's FREE to use.

You'll receive a PDF emailed directly after purchase. You may need to check spam folders for an email from support@jrendigital.com.

Once you receive the PDF you'll have access to make a copy of the Google sheet (or if enabled for that product, the excel file).

Please check individual product listings for information on each product.
